Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
License
Fire Studio grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, solely as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or sell the App in any way
- Reverse engineer the App or attempt to extract its source code
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Weather Data Disclaimer
Weather forecast data is provided by Apple WeatherKit or, where available and selected, QWeather, for informational purposes only. Weather conditions can change at any time. Fire Studio makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the weather data, and is not liable for any loss resulting from reliance on such data.
Please use your own judgment and consult additional sources before making decisions, especially in severe weather or emergencies.
AI Interpretation Disclaimer
AI interpretation is an optional generative feature. Its output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. It is provided only as travel guidance and is not an official weather alert, safety guarantee, medical advice, or other professional advice. It must not replace official weather alerts or the App's base advice. You are responsible for using your own judgment and reliable information sources.
If you use a cloud AI service, you must use an account and API key you are authorized to use and comply with that provider's terms and usage policies. You initiate connection tests, manual generation, and regeneration. If you enable “Automatically Get AI Interpretation,” the main App may also generate interpretations from new weather data while it is in the foreground. Any of these actions may consume quota or incur charges. The selected provider is responsible for its pricing, quotas, rate limits, content processing, and service availability; Fire Studio is not responsible for those charges or third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fire Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.
Third-Party Services
The App uses Apple WeatherKit, Apple MapKit, and QWeather where applicable, and lets you choose Apple's on-device model or a third-party cloud AI service. Apple services are governed by the Apple Developer terms and Apple Privacy Policy; QWeather is governed by the QWeather Developers Service Agreement and QWeather Privacy Policy. When Apple Weather is selected, QWeather may still be used solely as a severe-weather-alert fallback in mainland China. The selected AI provider's terms, privacy policy, and usage policies also apply to requests you send to it.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fire Studio operates, to the extent applicable.
